The mind I love must have wild places, a tangled orchard where dark damsons drop in the heavy grass, an overgrown little wood, the chance of a snake or two, a pool that nobody’s fathomed the depth of, and paths threaded with flowers planted by the mind. ~Katherine Mansfield

I really want to get into yoga again, I don’t know how long it would take to learn this but I look forward to the journey.

Who else dances when they’re home alone ;)
This city gets pretty boring and crazy.
I just want to get up and leave everyday.

Give thanks for what you are now, and keep fighting for what you want to be tomorrow. ~Fernanda Miramontes-Landeros
:: Whenever I was feeling a little lost I’d go for hikes alone for hours on end. (Never miss an opportunity to make others happy, even if you have to leave them alone in order to do it. ) On those hikes I’d feel so peaceful and everything that was bothersome seemed to be non-existent. It’s almost like losing yourself in endless beauty. Surely it was a natural high. I never wanted to leave, but I did and when I came back to reality I took a bit of that happiness with me to remind myself that there are still things in life that are untouched and pure. There are places that are patient and calm. So I keep that with me and remind myself that place can be in me too and I hope one day that someone can see that place with me too.
Life has taught us that love does not consist in gazing at each other but in looking outward together in the same direction. ~Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, Wind, Sand and Stars, 1939, translated from French by Lewis Galantière
